I began my journey with yoga at sixteen. What started as a simple practice soon became a deep calling, something that touched the soul and reshaped life from within. Yoga became more than movement. It became a quiet space to breathe, to return, to remember that everything begins inside.

With time, one phrase stayed close to me: “Take your time.”

It reflects the way I choose to live. Slow. Honest. Fully present.
